​​1. Participant Eligibility & Requirements

 

1.1. Age and Physical Requirements: Participants must be at least 10 years of age. A minimum height of 1.40 metres tall is required to ensure safe operation of the vehicle's controls. These parameters are subject to change at the discretion of the provider and are non-negotiable for safety reasons.

 

1.2.Licence Status: No provisional or full driving licence is required as the activity is conducted on private property (off-road).

 

1.3. Medical Declaration: Participants must be in good physical health. It is a condition of booking that you disclose any medical conditions or disabilities that could affect the participant's ability to drive safely (e.g., epilepsy, heart conditions, visual impairments, etc.). We reserve the right to refuse participation on medical grounds.

1.4. Language Comprehension: For safety, all participants must have a sufficient understanding of the English language to follow instructions from the supervising instructor.

2. Booking, Attendance & Consent

 

2.1. Parental/Guardian Consent: The participant must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who must provide consent and be present on-site for the entire duration of the experience. Please speak to an instructor if you wish to leave the site during the session. 

 

2.2. Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure all details are correct.

 

2.3. Punctuality: Participants are required to arrive at the venue no later than the start time of the booking. Failure to arrive on time may result in the forfeiture of the experience without refund or rescheduling.

2.4. Gift Vouchers: Our gift vouchers are for presentation purposes only and hold no value or entitlement to any of our services we provide. The session booked will need to be paid in full, and the gift voucher booking reference number must correspond with the booking confirmation reference number for any session to go ahead, this includes the time and date of the session booked. Gift vouchers are sent via email upon requested once deposit has been paid, the gift voucher can then be printed and presented to a friend or loved one. Please ensure the session is paid in full to avoid any disappointment.

2.5. Discount code: XMAS25 is valid for use on advertised sessions from December 2025 to January 2026. To receive the discount (XMAS25), customers must like and share our advertisement or Facebook page during this promotional period. The discount code will not be valid before or after this period, and maybe withdrawn at anytime. The discount code (XMAS25) was advertised on 07/12/25, session bookings from this date are valid until the last session advertised in January 2026.

2.6. Discount code: RETURN26 is only valid on advertised session dates, and providing the customer has previously attended a session with us. Discount code RETURN26 is only valid from December 2025 to December 2026, the discount code will not be valid before or after this period, and maybe withdrawn at anytime. The discount code (RETURN26) was created on 07/12/25. The discount code RETURN26 is not to be used with any other offer or discount, and can only be used once per customer during 2026.

2.7. Discount code: FRIEND26 is only valid if a previous customer has recommend someone to us, we would need the details of the customer who recommended us to them. Discount code FRIEND26 is only valid on advertised session dates between January 2026, and will expire December 2026.  The discount code will not be valid before or after this period, and maybe withdrawn at anytime. The discount code (FRIEND26) was created on 07/12/25. The discount code FRIEND26 is not to be used with any other offer or discount, and can only be used once per customer during 2026.

3. Safety & Instruction

 

3.1. At the start of the session: All participants must pay close attention to the safety briefing before commencing any driving activity.

​

3.2. Professional Instruction: The experience will be conducted under the strict supervision of a qualified instructor, who will be present in the vehicle at all times. All instructors are professionally trained and accredited.

 

3.3.Vehicle Safety Features: For participant safety, our vehicles are equipped with dual controls, enabling the instructor to intervene if necessary.

4. The Driving Experience

 

4.1. Vehicle Allocation: The vehicle used will be as advertised in the experience description, though we reserve the right to substitute a similar vehicle for operational reasons.

 

4.2. Duration: The stated duration of the experience is an approximation and includes registration, safety briefing, and in-car time.

 

4.3. Adverse Weather: This is an outdoor event that may be affected by weather. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend the experience in the event of extreme weather conditions that compromise safety. In such cases, you will be offered the opportunity to reschedule for an alternative date.

5. Rules & Regulations

 

5.1. Code of Conduct: We reserve the right to terminate the experience without a refund if a participant's behaviour is deemed unsafe, reckless, aggressive or if they fail to follow the instructor's directions/instructions. Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

 

5.2. Dress Code: Appropriate attire is mandatory. Participants must wear suitable clothing and enclosed, flat-soled footwear. Open-toed shoes, sandals, crocs or high heels are strictly prohibited.

 

5.3.Spectators: Spectators are permitted within designated viewing areas only and must adhere to all on-site safety rules.

6. Liability & Insurance

 

6.1. Damage Liability: Whilst our vehicles are insured, the participant may be liable for the first part of any claim (the "excess") resulting from damage caused by their negligence or failure to follow instructions.

 

6.2. Insurance: The instructors all hold valid Public Liability Insurance.

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling

 

7.1. Client Cancellation: Should you need to cancel or amend your booking, the deposit paid is non-refundable. 

 

7.2. Provider Cancellation: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel for reasons beyond our control (e.g., mechanical failure), we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible, and will offer to reschedule your experience for a mutually convenient date or provide a full refund. We are not liable for any consequential losses.
